Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic and the limitations of our bylaws, the board decided to suspend the election and bylaws for this year. The current board terms will be extended until such time that an election is able to be held.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the MAA Board of Directors suspends the following portions of the Bylaws of the Michigan Auctioneers Association for a period of 1 year, postponing the Annual Meeting and Elections until the Annual Conference may be held in person in January of 2022. Article III, Section 4: Meetings of the Membership, Article IV, Section 3: Election and Term of Office. The current Board of Directors will extend their existing term and position until such time that the annual meeting is able to be held. Approved 12/4/2020
