Bob Fall brings a wealth of experience from his multifaceted career in leadership, faith, and business. A former U.S. Air Force service member, he excelled among the top 5% of his peers, followed by nearly 20 years in the heavy equipment industry, where he successfully led branch locations and built high-performing teams. He currently serves as president of the Great Lakes Region Churches of God General Conference, is a pastor, and sits on the board of directors for Winebrenner Theological Seminary. An accomplished real estate professional and member of the Central Michigan Association of REALTORS he serves as the chairman of the Public Relations Committee. Bob is also a dedicated family man, blessed with three daughters and a grandchild on the way, and married to his high school sweetheart. He balances these roles with his passion for training future leaders and consulting businesses, reflecting his commitment to balancing faith, family, and finances.
