Douglas J. Heuker of Marion , MI won the coveted title, Michigan Ringman Champion, Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Doug is a full time auctioneer since 1996 with millions of dollars of annual experience in the sale of all types of real estate, commercial, industrial, agricultural and construction machinery, business liquidations plus many other types of assets and equipment. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan and a Michigan Registered Auctioneer. Doug is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School as well as Calvin College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Doug is a Past President of the Michigan State Auctioneers Association and is the President of LASTBIDRealEstate.com, a Miedema Company. He is a Life Member of the Michigan State Auctioneers Association, a Member of the National Auctioneers Association, has earned his AARE and GPPA Designations from the NAA Education Institute and is the 2002 Michigan Auctioneer Champion. Doug has competed many times in the International Auctioneer Championships, finishing in the top 15 in the world 4 times. He is the winner of the 2004 MSAA Auction of the Year Award and is a Featured Alumni from Calvin College recognized for outstanding achievements in a unique industry. Doug has won numerous state and national marketing awards, has been an education instructor for the MSAA, served on the MSAA Board of Directors as well as many MSAA and NAA Committees. |
