Tuesday, October 12, 2010. MSAA Fall Board Meeting & 5th Annual All Star Auction! Hosted by Joe Phillips. Location:  Wurzel's Fort Gratiot  Flea Market, Fort Gratiot, Michigan. 4189 Keewahdin Road, Fort Gratiot, Michigan 48059. Board Meeting @ 3pm: Be sure to attend the dinner and desert @ 6pm: The All STAR AUCTION WILL FOLLOW THE DINNER: Auctioneers Making A Difference has chosen TEAM WINTER as this years beneficiary. TEAM WINTER was founded by an outstanding young lady by the name of Winter Vinecki at age 9. Winter lost her father and fellow MSAA member Michael Vinecki in 2009 to a very aggressive form of prostate cancer. Winter has decided to take a stand and fight prostate cancer by raising money for prostate cancer awareness, and fought she has. Winter has raised over $250,000.00 by competing in several triathlons and marathons across the country. She has done so well that she is now an ambassador for IRONKIDS. The mission of IronKids is to inspire and motivate youth through the sport to lead an active, positive and healthy lifestyle.
Auctioneers Making A Difference challenges YOU to help make a difference. We are asking for items to be donated for this years All Star Auction. We are looking for items such as Nascar tickets, Guns, Sporting Related, Winter clothing such as Carharts, Snowmobile clothing, Ice fishing gear, Comedy show tickets, Hunting trips, Fishing trips, Getaway Packages, or anything else that you think would help make this years All Star Auction the best that it can be. We already have some great items donated for the auction such as a Charter Fishing Trip for 4 out of Frankfort, Mich. A guided pheasant hunt for 4 in Buckley, Mich. Dinner packages, Movie theater packages, and much more.
Our goal for this years auction is to raise $10,000.00 and I know together that we can and will surpass that number. The fact is that some form of cancer has affected each and every one of us whether it be our friends, family or loved ones. I ask for your help to look into our hearts and not our wallets. I know we can make this years All Star Auction a Record Breaking Year. I hope to see each and everyone of you there for this years dinner and auction.
If we can get enough items donated I will be working toward having online bidding available. This way even if you can't attend the auction you can still be apart of this wonderful event and help us surpass our goal.
We are looking for sponsors for this years dinner, we need to raise at least $800.00 to cover the cost of food. The preparation and labor will be donated.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this letter. If you have items to be donated please contact me with the information of the items via phone or email. If you have any questions or ideas for this years auction please feel free to contact me at any time. Let us be blessed for the short time that we have on this earth and may we take advantage of each and every day. Never waste a moment to tell the ones you love just HOW much you do love them.
YESTERDAY WAS HISTORY, TOMORROW IS A MYSTERY, AND TODAY IS PRICELESS

Sincerely,
Grant Cole
